PanCafé — Restaurant in Sassari

Il posto è molto carino e particolare, in una delle vie più antiche di Sassari. Le paste e le torte sono ottime e molti degli ingredienti utilizzati sono artigianali, come le marmellate che farciscono i cornetti.... Da qualche tempo hanno anche organizzato una carinissima veranda all'aperto.... Tutto sarebbe perfetto se non fosse che, in un posto così dolce e fiabesco, i modi scostanti e distaccati della cameriera che ci ha servito oggi stridono in maniera lampante. Siamo in pieno covid, lunedì 9 novembre, e la suddetta cameriera si avvicina a noi, appena arrivati, avvisandoci così: MI RACCOMANDO... APPENA FINITO DI CONSUMARE RIMETTETE IMMEDIATAMENTE LA MASCHERINA.... Non ci eravamo neanche seduti e il tono della ragazza mi aveva indotto ad andarmene subito. Ma sono rimasta...volevo vedere fin dove arrivava. E dal momento che, sia io che mio marito siamo dei sanitari, ero curiosa di vedere se questa " maestrina" sapeva che, prima di fare sedere i nuovi clienti avrebbe dovuto sanificare tavolino e sedie.... Infatti non lo sapeva.... Gliel'ho fatto notare ed ha abbassato subito la cresta... Chissà quante volte in questi mesi non ha sanificato i tavolini e le sedie Forse era troppo impegnata a fare lezioni di igiene...
