"The Best Pizza Experience I've Ever Had!"
I recently visited La Roccia pizzeria, and I have to say, it was hands down the best pizza experience I've ever had! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by how beautiful the place looked. The interior design is warm and modern, with this perfect blend of rustic charm and contemporary touches. The exposed brick walls, cozy lighting, and comfortable seating make it feel like you're in a chic, Italian-inspired bistro.
But beyond the gorgeous ambiance, the service was incredible. The staff was so friendly and attentive, always smiling and genuinely making you feel welcomed. They took the time to explain the menu, answer our questions, and even recommended some of their favorite pizzas. You can tell they’re passionate about what they do, and it really showed.
Now, let’s talk about the pizza itself – absolute perfection! I had the not the ususal giro pizza what'sis basicly a 4 type of pizza's in 2 i trust a waitress what was best deccision he suprise us with delicious type of pizza's, and it was like a slice of Italy on my plate. The crust was perfectly crispy with just the right amount of chew, and the sauce tasted fresh with a hint of sweetness. Every ingredient felt thoughtfully chosen, from the fresh basil to the creamy mozzarella.
To top it off, the dessert was out of this world. We tried their sweet pizza's it was the perfect way to end the meal and just sweet enough.
If you're looking for great pizza, fantastic service, and a beautiful place to enjoy it, look no further than La Roccia. I can’t wait...
Read moreAs an American with gluten intolerance, I’ve had countless gluten-free pizzas—both in the U.S. and all across Italy—and I can confidently say this was hands down the best I’ve ever had in my life.
From the moment we arrived, Roberto was wonderful. He took the time to explain details about how their pizzas are made, especially the gluten-free ones, and it was clear how much pride and care goes into their process.
The gluten-free crust was absolute perfection—crispy on the outside, soft and flavorful inside, without any of the weird textures or aftertastes you often get with gluten-free dough. I honestly forgot I was even eating gluten-free pizza!
To make it even better, my Italian husband, who has grown up surrounded by authentic pizza his whole life, couldn’t stop raving about it. He said he couldn’t remember the last time he had a pizza that good—and that says everything.
Whether you eat gluten-free or not, this place is a must-visit. Thank you, Roberto, for making it such an...

I’ve been gluten intolerant for close to 20 years now, and in all of my life of eating both gluten and gluten free pizza I have never come across anything that was this good.
The crust was pillowy where it needed to be and the base of the pizza thin but strong enough to manage to hold itself in a fold. Their pizza toppings may not be traditional but instead they’re creative and culinary adventures.
All of the staff is friendly, kind, and incredibly attentive. The restaurant is extremely knowledgeable on food allergies and can accommodate gluten and lactose intolerances very well.
Do not forget to visit this restaurant if you are in Sardinia. I’m talking about anywhere in Sardinia. It will be worth your trip to Sassari just to visit this restaurant.
Do not be alarmed by the restaurant being located next to a Burger King or a McDonald’s, I guarantee you that it’ll be the best gluten free pizza experience you...
