Il pastificio riv.9 — Restaurant in Savona

I am editing my review after receiving continual poor treatment at this establishment despite being a paying regular. The only good thing about this place is its bartenders. Some of the servers here are nice but the food is certainly not worth the price you pay. They use the same dough for every pasta (you can't say you make a good, fresh fettuccine if the pasta has no egg in it) and their aperitivo is all bread--not only is it not fresh, it's cheap, reheated garbage.

A lot of their food is frozen and microwaved and my friend once got a piece of raw chicken cutlet (which was for his young daughter).

I saw a roach crawling over the bar sink and I literally watched the manager kill it with a piece of cardboard and then he just left it there.

Girando per Savona, ci siamo imbattuti in questo ristorante e attratti dalle proposte del pastificio ci siano fermati a pranzare. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, anche se non ho molto apprezzato la bugia di non avere posto all'interno (probabilmente perché avevamo il cane) dato che c'erano molti tavoli liberi e clienti dopo di noi e senza prenotazione li hanno fatti entrare senza problemi. La parte in cui ci hanno fatto sedere, una specie di veranda separata con vetri scorrevoli, stretta e con tavoli e sedute di pessima qualità, non ci è piaciuta per niente. Ma ci siamo adattati. La pasta discreta ma non ha rispettato le aspettative. Il dolce pessimo. Purtroppo il cameriere ha anche sbagliato un'aggiunta scelta. Le patate che dovevano essere aggiunte nel condimento, le ha portate a parte come contorno (non buone sinceramente) , scusandosi si, ma facendoci comunque pagare il suo errore nel conto. Tornerei a mangiare qui. No. Prezzi alti ma la qualità del cibo offerto ed il servizio nel nostro caso, no. Eravamo in vacanza e non abbiamo voluto perderci in inutili discussioni. Heads up! If you're looking for a siesta time lunch this place is deceptively "open"! They have simple sandwiches and you can sit and drink but their kitchen isn't open the times reflected in the Google hours.
