Ordered onion rings, nachos and a burger.

Onion rings were the best thing I ate all day!

The nachos were good- though Italianized. I was surprised at the amount of cheese that came- though no guacamole comes with the dish 🤔 that’s probably not terrible as I saw their guacamole come with another dish- and with certainly, it comes from a jar made in some far away land… no harm!

The real travesty was in the burger. The restaurant advertises over 1M burgers sold. So naturally, I Thought it would be a good choice. Unfortunately, I got a mummified brick. Tasteless, & dry, kind of what I’d expect if I ate a piece of cardboard.

At the end, I was asked about my meal. I explained everything I said here. When I talked about my cardboard burger, the lady sighed (like she’s heard this 1000 times before) and proceeded to charge my credit card for the full amount.

I’d go back for the onion rings and a beer, but would 100% pass on a burger...

Si mangia discretamente. Il motivo delle 3 stelle: 1,50 € di coperto per delle tovagliette di carta mi sembrano eccessivi ( alcuni ristoranti con tovaglie e tovaglioli di cotone applicano la stessa somma). I prezzi in generale mi sembrano un po' altini:un esempio 13.90 € per una piadina (con burger, peperoni, cipolla e formaggio) ci è sembrato esagerato. Prezzi del vino, 6€ a calice, in linea. Servizio gentile ma i bicchieri in cui ci hanno servito l'acqua sapevano un po' di "frescume", uno in particolare modo. Per una piadina con patate, un bicchiere di vino, un baylissimo (caffè+ baylies+ cucchiaino di Nutella+ panna e cannella) e il coperto ho speso quasi 26 euro. Concludendo, diciamo che ci può stare. Non mi sento di sconsigliarlo perché non si mangia male, il servizio è ok... Le uniche pecche sono quelle sopra elencate.

Rispondo al commento dei gestori: le patatine le ho citate nella considerazione finale, lungi da me non essere precisa e non elencare il tutto. Io una pizza al prosciutto crudo non l'ho mai trovata a più di 9/10 euro ( e con questo non voglio dire che le pizze abbiano un prezzo vantaggioso, visto il costo al gestore ma se sono buone si può siprassedere). Sul fatto che il dolce sia una buona e sostanziosa conclusione, non lo discuto. Ma la quantità di Nutella/baylies e tutto il resto ( per essere precisi gli ingredienti li ho citati tutti nella prima parte della recensione, chi vuole li legge lì) non è così considerevole da giustificare il prezzo, 4.50€. Con 5/6€ mangio un dolce con gelato più grande con aggiunta di alcool/caffè. Il fatto che ci siano ristoranti che facciano pagare uguale o di più di coperto per delle tovagliette di carta non lo nego: a noi NON è stato dato il pane, che ovviamente e giustamente non avremmo mangiato avendo delle piadine come piatto principale. Ma ciò non vuole dire che sia corretto e giusto il prezzo. Accetto anche di pagare 2.00€ o più se avessi davanti tovaglie di cotone, bicchieri che non sanno di uovo,ecc. Sicuramente è stato un caso a se..ma a noi è capitato e non abbiamo finito l'acqua che, giusto darne atto, era offerta: 3/4 di bicchiere e non tutti lo fanno, quindi grazie. Detto ciò non ho criticato la qualità del cibo che abbiamo ritenuto discretamente buona. Il resto è un dato di fatto. Non ho detto nulla di non vero. Buon...
