One of the best restaurant experiences I've ever had. The staff is really nice and professional. Waiting times are definitely not excessive. The food quality is astonishing. Perfect cooking, no dry bites, nor fat-dripping ones. Seasoning is kept to the bare minimum, so you are provided with salt, pepper and a set of spices served in clean bottles. Portion sizes are just right, while prices are reasonable. Another good aspect of this restaurant is its great music, played at just the right volume to be comfortable. In addition to that, you can even take a look at the cook while it's searing the steaks, as the kitchen is separated from the dining room by a clear glass window. It's welcoming to see him taking many hygienic precautions such as wearing gloves and using aluminum foil in order to keep the surfaces clean. Long part: I have been coming at this restaurant with my grandparents for years but from when the restaurant has changed ownership it has gotten worse. Sono anni che vengo a mangiare al RoadHouse di Novegro. Mai come questa volta ho assistito ad un disservizio così forte. Abbiamo fatto una cena di gruppo dove in maniera molto educate e civile abbiamo preso ordinazioni e atteso con calma in nostri piatti. (Allego foto di uno dei problemi della cena). Ordino come antipasto la quesadillas di pollo, mi accorgo che quest’ultima la vedo un po’ troppo rosa quasi cruda. Io chiedo di ricuocere la quesadillas perché il pollo è troppo rosa, mi rispondono in maniera scocciata e mi riportano la stessa quesadillas “RISCALDATA” dove per cortesia ho provato a mangiare. Ma al morso fatto come si vede nella foto il pollo è CRUDO. Gli altri commensali hanno avuto problemi anche con i contorni con le patate al cartoccio tutte fredde e formaggio ancora freddo sopra non sciolto. Alla richiesta del riscaldare il piatto è stato messo in microonde e riportato al tavolo e puntualmente l’Interno era freddo ma il formaggio sciolto. Insomma noi al tavolo ci siamo trovati così male che per paura di essere giudicati maleducati e indisponenti non abbiamo fatto ri riscaldare il tutto per il giudizio e lo sguardo giudicante del responsabile con divisa grigia. Insomma capisco che ci possono essere problemi lavorativi etc ma il servizio e la cura al cliente deve essere la prima cosa. Non dico che il cliente ha sempre ragione, ma chi viene e vi paga deve essere ascoltato e non dev’essere preso in giro o giudicato con lo sguardo.
