I want to share a negative experience with the manager of the hotel, I booked a room through the website, I indicated all the guests, but the hotel did not see or did not want to see all the listed guests, he confirmed my arrival, but since we had a large family, he refused to accommodate us and said either pay extra money or cancel the reservation, when asked where the guarantee of accommodation is, whether there will be a room upon arrival, he said that he doesn’t know, maybe yes, maybe no, which surprised me,
I asked for help to accommodate us, I agreed to pay extra and asked to help me choose a room, to which he told me that children over 3 years old were not allowed (and I have children over 3 years old) to accommodate him, I asked, what should we do with children? He said that he has these rules, and if you don’t like it, then cancel the reservation and goodbye, or rent another room, in the end he confirmed the reservation without a refund, said that when I arrive he will definitely call the police because I don’t want to comply with his rules ,

The bathroom and toilet were in separate frosted glass cubicles. There wasn’t an iron or kettle in the room but I was able to get complimentary hot water from the restaurant in the morning. A digital safe was provided. I did find the AC to be too cold for me but they were able to switch it off from reception which suited me. I didn’t have the breakfast but my friend did and was happy with it. I believe it was around 8 euros which is remarkably cheap. I personally found the location ideal as it’s such a short journey into the central area by metro where you can visit the usual tourist spots. I found this hotel to be very convenient and met my needs. I would happily...
