McDonald's Siena Viale Toselli — Restaurant in Siena

Clean McDonald but not so tasty food unfortunately... and expensive...

The food not so good at least not compared to Canada and the US... the Bigmac was good but lacking sauce (the usual trend at this place it seemed)...

The regular burger barely had any condiments... super dry and u have to pay 30-50 cents (euro) to buy additional condiments...

The fries tasted good and i paid extra for large sized but it still came half empty... and you have to pay extra for ketchup or mayo or anything else u might want.

Another thing that brought my rating down was the Double Bacon Burger (in the pictures) one had a weird tasting sauce and Bacon (my son's) and the other similar order missed the bacon and the sauce therefore it was super dry and horrible to eat (mine) ... didnt bother to go back and tell them about it because I am always super worried about the reaction of the crew if I complain about something that was missed.... it could be an honest mistake therefore I am giving them 3 stars and not less.

Aside from that... it was an experience... would I recommend the place... no!

A 3 combo meal with large fries (half empty boxes) and 2 bottles of water plus a regular burger cost 45€!!! That's 67 CAD ouch lol!

Just on a side note... my niece and brother in law had chicken burgers and pistachio ice cream at McDonald's and they enjoyed them both but at a different location in Florence the same...

Stasera siamo passati al drive. Abbiamo ordinato due big Mac menù e nuggets da nove. La ragazza che ha risposto ci ha subito detto in modo scortese di spegnere la radio...che non era access. Arrivati al secondo sportello ci ha chiesto carta o contanti senza dire quanto si spendeva. E quando chiedo l'importo ci risponde con tono che aveva già detto di verificare sullo schermo...quanto non aveva fatto perché già era nervosa per la questione della radio. Quando chiedo chi è il manager risponde a malamodo che è lei il manager!!!???? Andiamo al prossimo sportello senza ancora sapere quanto abbiamo speso.... ritiriamo. La coca con ghiaccio, le patatine calde e i panini praticamente senza insalata e la cipolla non esistente. Di solito non faccio le recensioni però stasera merita la recensione negativa. Nel 2023 non è accettabile che un Mcdonald's, peraltro aperto da poco, non abbia proposte vegetariane, a parte una misera insalata.

Mia figlia non mangia carne né pesce, ieri sera è andata con le amiche e prima si era premurata di cercare su internet se da McDonald's ci fosse un menù vegetariano. Sembrava di sì.

Invece arrivata lì, niente di niente. Evidentemente il menù vegetariano non è previsto a Siena. Risultato?

Avete perso una giovane cliente che comunque sarebbe di certo venuta a cenare o pranzare da voi in compagnia nei prossimi anni. Invece non credo che lo rifarà, e anzi proporrà alle amiche di andare altrove , perché da voi non c'è niente per lei.

Spero che come lei siano in tanti a fare così, così imparerete ad accogliere necessità e richieste legittime nel 2023, credo, come avere un hamburger...
