The filled tortelli with pea creme was very tasty, but the pasta was burnt and a little chewy.
One dish was missing and we were told two minutes. After 10 we went to ask about it, and was met with rudeness "dios mio!" said the waiter and walked away.
The headwaiter, I think, was friendly and smiling, but not once came and asked how everything was.
The truffle pasta had a scent of truffle and was obviously not fresh. If it is because they have a bad exporter or they use week old truffle, I dont know, but it was not fresh.
The plate of meat was low quality cuts and very unevenly cut with thin and very thick.

I proprietari Lucio e Francesca si ripetono ogni anno senza défaillance, ospitalità e cortesia che riportano al passato, in un caldo ambiente retrò in stile liberty, familiare e che mette a proprio agio da subito. La cucina è di tradizione locale attentamente curata nella qualità assoluta, primi piatti quasi tutti di pasta fresca e pietanze di carne e di pesce dalla varietà per cui è difficile scegliere, non è possibile incappare in piatti carenti di gusto o inadeguati. La carta dei vini, rigorosamente territoriale, e ricca di etichette d'eccellenza e nuove e sconosciute, ma selezionate cantine emergenti. Le camere mansardate in legno e con pareti di sasso hanno il sapore di tempi passati. Tutto questo nella splendida cornice delle mura medievali che racchiudono il paese ai piedi del castello.
