U pasta, fresca-cotta-mangiata — Restaurant in Spotorno

Our experience at this restaurant was nothing short of disastrous. The homemade pasta was mediocre at best, lacking flavor and texture. The sauces were bland and poorly executed.

However, the worst part was the service—rude, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. We felt unwelcome from start to finish.

Overall, this place fails on both food and service, and we won’t be returning....

Locale "specializzato in pasta". Cosa mai potrebbe andare storto? È la sua specialità. Così andiamo a colpo sicuro, senza guardare le recensioni. 16€ per un tagliolino allo scoglio asciuttissimo, con condimento di "provenienza" dubbia. Forse 6 cozze, 2 o 3 di esse chiuse, teste di gambero senza nulla dentro, solo il guscio, qualche vongola, ciuffetti di calamari (?). Servizio sbrigativo, nessuno si è interessato di sapere se andasse tutto bene. Abbiamo apparecchiato noi, le tovagliette ce le hanno messe una sopra all'altra sul tavolo, con sopra tovagliolini di carta con le posate al loro interno e 2 bicchieri uno dentro all'altro: della serie "fate vobis". Note positive: porzione di pasta abbondante (almeno 150 gr ad occhio), non si può dire lo stesso del condimento non abbiamo pagato il coperto con noi non sono stati per nulla lenti. Conto totale 36 € per 2 tagliolini allo scoglio, un "calice" di bianco e una bottiglia di acqua che mi pare fosse da 75cl, non da litro ( ma potrei...
