Rude Staff!! Dine at own Risk! Me and my Wife decided to try out ‘Cafe Torino’ on a busy evening. First impressions were good: lots of people, beautiful aromas.... but no quicker than we were seated was are experience tarnished! The Waiters were rude and impatient, ignored simple questions such as “where is the toilet”. Then the food came out... My son ordered a pizza - supposedly a popular option, when it arrived it was over cooked and the toppings were extremely scarcely distributed! Looking for a restaurant in Stresa on Friday before Easter we ended up in Caffè Torino where we were received and served by very friendly staff! The food was completely different from what we have tried before in Italy: I had the Tajarin ragú di coniglio, funghi e salsiccia and my boyfriend the risotto. Both were really really good and in the right portions. We also asked for recommendation on red wine which we couldn’t be more thankful!
