I booked a table for 2 for tonight, which is Friday. I asked if gluten free pasta was available as reported on the website: they answered that on weekends they do not cook it. We booked anyway. We arrived on time and saw 2 guests leaving a table for 4 persons in the veranda; as soon as we were attended by the owner, she spoke to us very rudely offering a table inside. The guests kindly offered their table but she insisted that she didn’t want to give that table to us. It was 9pm, the table had no reservation and could have been split in two. In order to calm her bad temper, I pointed out that we had a reservation. She persisted to make us sit in a table inside. In front of such unkindness we decided to leave. She could have talked to us in a completely different way and persuade us to stay, but she decided to lose...

EVITATE DI ANDARE IN QUESTO LOCALE . Ieri sera 21 agosto , io e mio marito, ci siamo recati in questo ristorante . Locale molto antico direi vecchio ,non curato e piuttosto indecoroso( la seduta delle sedie, hanno dei cuscini ,che 30 anni fa ,era di color marrone , adesso sono sgualciti ,un obbrobrio alla vista. La pulizia non c'è / Non aria condizionata non un ventilatore....ma comunque avendo poco tempo (dovevamo rientrare a Milano per lavoro ), decidiamo ,nostro malgrado,di restare a cenare .Ci sediamo e scegliendo le portate dal menù ,sentiamo i vicini di tavolo spazientirsi e lamentando il troppo tempo di attesa .... Così decidiamo di ordinare 2 semplici pizze . All'arrivo della cameriera ( signora con i capelli lunghi e neri ) ,ordiniamo e con il sorriso le chiedo i tempi d'attesa ,poiché dovevamo rientrare a Milano per lavoro e notando il suo sguardo "tetro" ,ho sdrammatizzato riferendole che a Milano siamo sempre di corsa (era una battuta ) !! La signora con fare seccato ,mi risponde che non può saperlo , e che non sono domande da fare ....allora sempre con il sorriso ,ribadisco che a Milano si usa chiedere i tempi d'attesa e che mi sembrava una domanda lecita, non offensiva . ....la signora sempre più spazientita e innervosita , mi risponde che c'era molto da attendere e che io non dovevo fare queste domande senza senso ....ma la cosa che ci ha lasciato più sbalorditi è stata l'ultima affermazione fatta dalla signora (cameriera) riguardo ai milanesi ,ovvero : I milanesi sono più bravi di noi ,i milanesi sono più veloci ,noi di Stresa siamo tranquilli ,non abbiamo premura, siamo calmi! Decidiamo di lasciare il locale e nell'istante arrivava la signora con un'altra cameriera inveendo ad alta voce queste parole : Non avete rispetto per chi lavora ,il cuoco si sta facendo il "mazzo" , per poter servire tutti, non si chiede il tempo , e ripeteva più volte questa frase,richiamando l'attenzione delle altre persone presenti nel locale ....consiglio a questa signora (forse propietaria), di fare un bel CORSO DI BUONE MENIERE e magari una CURA per rilassare i nervi. Se non riuscite a gestire un'attività ,non è colpa dei turisti ,mediti carissima signora dai capelli lunghi e neri ,lei è stata una grandissima maleducata ! Siamo poi andati al ristorante "Mamma Mia ", dove alla mia domanda mi hanno risposto con educazione e ci siamo...
