Writing a review after a month since google didnt allow me. It's hard to describe this place in few words , where to start? Food - very well done from antipasti to spaghetti, pizza or dessert. Everything was very fresh and clamps were one of the best I have ever had. And very good price compared to the other restaurants. Staff- There are waiters and waitresses and then there is Pietro. True older gentleman with kind smile and the master of his work - he was very kind, talkative, funny but never annoying and he paid a great attention to a detail. It was pleasure for me and my girlfriend to be his guests 🙂 Atmosphere - It's kinda like small Italian neighbourhood we have had 4 dinners at this place in one week and there was always some Italian family which looked like they knew owners. Abbiamo prenotato alle h 16.00 un tavolo per 14 persone per le h 21.00 della stessa giornata. Abbiamo ordinato alle h 21.30 e solo 5 delle 12 pizze ordinate sono arrivate alle 22.30 circa. Alle 23.00 arriva un cameriere che ci comunica che delle 7 pizze in attesa ne sarebbero arrivate solamente 3 perché avevano terminato l’impasto. Essendosi classificato con modi anche poco gentili nei nostri confronti come un “operaio” e pertanto solo ambasciatore della notizia chiediamo di parlare con il titolare del locale o almeno con un responsabile. Ritorna dopo qualche minuto con la missiva che il titolare si era infortunato e che pertanto potevamo parlare con lui. Di fronte alle nostre rimostranze ha assunto un atteggiamento arrogante oltre che irrispettoso e aggressivo. Decidiamo quindi di alzarci e andare via. Alla richiesta del conto la signora che aveva preso la prenotazione al telefono alle 16.00 del pomeriggio stesso e le ordinazioni al tavolo alle h 21.30 ma che alle h 23.00 non si è fatta vedere al nostro tavolo per informarci della spiacevole situazione ci presenta il conto ma ahimè che disdetta non riesce, non si capisce bene per quale motivo, a far funzionare il POS. Alle nostra richiesta di IBAN per effettuare un bonifico istantaneo ci viene risposto a questo punto dal supposto titolare finalmente uscito dalla cucina che non sa quale sia l’IBAN e che comunque potevamo tornare l’indomani per il pagamento. Tuttavia abbiamo deciso di pagare in contanti e andare via il prima possibile visto il degenerare della situazione. Avevamo ordinato anche due mezze porzioni di pasta al sugo per 2 bambini che alle 23.00 non erano ancora arrivate (che fosse finita anche la pasta?). Se fosse stato possibile dare 0 stelle come valutazione le avrei sicuramente date. Purtroppo mi devo trovare a confermare ciò che anche le altre recensioni negative hanno affermato: scortesia assoluta da parte della titolare e del personale e POS non funzionante. Ci tengo a sottolineare che non ho l’abitudine di recensire i locali che frequento nè in senso negativo né positivo ma quella di ieri sera è stata l’esperienza peggiore che io abbia vissuto sebbene un po’ di mondo e di locali io li abbia frequentati. Very delusional, staff tired and disorganised, also unpolite. Unfortunately I cannot give any star to the quality of the food as it never arrived. Therein a simple pasta plate with tomato sauce for my 5 year old twins. After 1 and a half hours of waiting the pasta did not arrive and they said that 4 pizza types were not available any more. We asked to talk to the owner, as we did have a reservation for the evening, first they said he was in and coming then the same guy came out nervous and aggressive towards us almost yelling what do you want , why are you complaining.
