Sapurito Street Food & Goloserie — Restaurant in Trapani

Absolutely delicious seafood and a great local vibe

We had a fantastic meal at Sapurito during our stay in Trapani. Everything we tried was fresh, full of flavor, and clearly made with care. We ordered the mistomare, which came with a generous variety of fried seafood — including calamari, squid, octopus, sardines, and large gamberoni. You could really taste the freshness in every bite — nothing greasy or heavy, just perfectly fried and seasoned.

We also had a panino filled with fried shrimp, which was simple but incredibly tasty, and a homemade arancina with parmesan and eggplant that really stood out — crispy on the outside, soft and rich inside, with a great balance of flavors.

The atmosphere was relaxed and casual, with outdoor seating that made it a perfect spot to enjoy the warm evening. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better.

We’ll definitely be coming back — highly recommended if you’re looking for honest, well-prepared...

After reading all the positive reviews we were sure to have some good time. We've ordered two burgers and fried sardines and even though the sardines were quite nice to try, the burgers unfortunately didn't meet our expectations. The beef in the burgers does not have enough fat so naturally it is not juicy enough. However, they also cook the meat fully so it gets even more harder and more dry. Why would you ruin the beer by cooking it well-done? Without any meat juices, the little sauce that they offer you to add, does not compensate the dryness at all. We had to chug beverage inbetween our bites because otherwise it was very hard to swallow. Thinking that it's only us - we've looked around and we saw another table of locals, who were also sipping their drinks every bite and it shouldn't be like that. Overall, the service, the staff was friendly and good, however obviously the chef doesn't know what...

I ate here at the start of August. My meal was delicious. The best food I had when visiting Trapani. You get a very generous amount of food at a great price. The establishment is immaculately clean. All of the tables are outside and they are simple wooden tables that were cleaned as soon the diners left their table.

I find the reviews below about cockroaches absolutely ridiculous ... and in my opinion seem malicious! This place is popular for a reason ... it's immaculately clean, the food is great and the staff are too. The 2 young girls who served me were delightful. I was on a solo trip and they brightened up my visit with their cheery service.

I'm very fussy but will 100% definitely eat here when I visit Trapani again. Thank you...
