The food is good and the decor is very nice. We managed to eat here from the 2nd attempt because on the first night we were actually chased from the table because we didn't have a reservation, although the location was almost deserted at that time 🙂. I ate nearby and when I passed in front of the restaurant after about 1 hour, it still had half of the free tables. Finally, I overcame this unpleasant incident because I found during my visits to Italy that this attitude is something typical of Italians who run such small, family businesses. A slight arrogance and sufficiency that you no longer find in other Europeans around the Mediterranean. But, as I said, I managed to eat the next day and I satisfied my curiosity. The food was good and the service ok. By the way ... the location was still...
Read moreWe were really looking forward to have birthday lunch in this osteria. When we entered with our 8 months old daughter only 2 tables were with visitors, but osteria was empty. The lady who was probably a manager there told us that all tables were booked and they can’t accept us. Obviously she lied as it was 1:15 pm and none of tables were prepared. She didn’t want to serve us because we were with the kid. Terrible and offensive experience. Our daughter behaves very well otherwise we wouldn’t be taking her to the osteria. The lady was rude, disrespectful and a lier. I will tell all my friends who recommended the place not to go...
