Beautiful Place, but a Huge Disappointment

At first, the restaurant seemed very promising – the location itself is charming and has plenty of potential. Unfortunately, the service was far below expectations. After waiting 40 minutes for just two dishes, the waiters were unable to say when our food would be ready. While pizzas seemed to come out quickly, waiting this long for pasta in Italy is simply unacceptable. If such delays occur, staff should at least inform guests in advance.

Although the place is truly picturesque, the service was not even mediocre. It is worth reconsidering who you employ and putting more effort into training staff to ensure better service, so that such situations do not happen again. Overall, it was one big disappointment. Definitely not...

The worst service ever! Everything was a problem. The waitress training a new person was just cheeky and rude. It was more important for her to show how to lay the cutlery than our polite question. In my country, she wouldn't work a day for treating customers like this!

​The food came quickly, we waited 15 minutes for the drinks. The restaurant is in chaos. The cleaning lady moves the customers from corner to corner, because "right now she has to wash that part of the floor you are standing on". You can see that they do not care about customers at all, cash flows in a wide stream anyway.

Avoid this place! There are lots of cute Restaurant with delicious food and great...

Ridiculous service. We asked the waiter about their white wines, whether they're dry or sweet. There were TWO different white wines on the list, but the waiter said he didn't know anything about wines, hadn't bothered to learn even two wines. We asked if we could taste before ordering but the answer was no. The wines were only sold in bottles, not glasses. The waiter didn't even bother to go inside and ask someone else about the wines, but we had to order the bottle without having any idea what we're getting. Also don't order the prawn salad, it's got prawns with e.g. broccoli, carrot, potato and other weird choises of vegetables that definitely don't suit well...
