When I am in Trieste, I have to visit Torrefazione cafe Guatemala and buy some coffee. It is my favourite roastery in Trieste. I love their coffee and also the way they treat their customers. This is not just a regular coffee shop, it is a place, where you can feel the passion of the owners and their love for coffee. Mr. Franco will take his time and introduce you to the variety of coffees they offer. And even more, he will make you a perfect espresso with the coffee of your choice to make your decision easier. It is valuable to me, because I can then compare it to what I get from the same coffee with my own espresso machine at home. This is a little piece of heaven for coffee lovers, great coffee for a very reasonable price, great atmosphere and hospitality and I always leave the shop with a big smile and a present for my purchase. PASSIONE, ESPERIENZA, SIMPATIA E QUALITÀ.

Guatemala è una torrefazione con 40 anni di esperienza che di recente (inizio 2021) ha rinnovato il punto vendita avvicinandolo all’innovativo laboratorio di tostatura e alla nuova sala assaggi.

Franco e Roberta così come Giovanna e Francesca ed i loro collaboratori sono estremamente professionali ed appassionati.

In particolare, durante una visita alla sede, Franco Zerial mi ha fatto assaggiare diversi tipi di caffè realizzati con svariate arabiche e miscele provenienti da diversi paesi produttori spiegandomi differenze e caratteristiche, facendomi notare note aromatiche e non solo. Dopo aver scelto le miscele da me preferite, mi hanno macinato sul momento i chicchi di caffe impacchettandomi tutto in confezioni sigillate. Insomma scegliendo Guatemala scegli il caffè più adatto a te, senza rischi, e con la massima qualità.

Appena finisco il caffè mi reco da Guatemala per rifornirmi, ma da loro compro spesso anche confezioni regalo di caffè che ho potuto anche spedire in altri Paesi o in alcuni casi cioccolato ed altri prodotti.

In ogni caso se passate di là o volete scoprire come fare per avere i loro prodotti merita fare una telefonata, saranno gentilissimi e scoprirete come mai tanti locali e amanti del caffè scelgono Guatemala...
