An excellent varied menu, prepared very well, with friendly helpful service. We came very early for dinner (by Italian standards) on a Sunday evening when lots of other restaurants were closed. The place was rather hot inside as I guess they had only just opened and it was a sweltering day - probably this is not typical and we should simply have asked them to turn up the AC. The place seemed popular with locals coming just for an aperitivo or a beer after a hot day, or for takeaway pizza. Anyway - the food was delicious when it arrived. Only one of us had pizza, which was satisfyingly chewy and with generous toppings. The tagliatelle with rocket pesto, cherry tomatoes and prawns was delicious, as was the spaghetti vongole. Siamo arrivati tardi, eravamo in tanti e sinceramente pensavamo che sarebbe stato difficile trovare posto… e invece, con grande gentilezza e un bel sorriso, ci hanno subito accolti e preparato un tavolo senza alcun problema, né la minima esitazione. Un servizio davvero impeccabile, fatto con il cuore e con una disponibilità che oggi è sempre più rara.

La pasta era semplicemente deliziosa: piatti abbondanti, ben presentati e con un sapore autentico che ci ha conquistati dal primo assaggio. Anche i crêpes erano ottimi, perfetti per concludere il pasto con dolcezza. L’ambiente è caldo, accogliente e rilassato — ci si sente subito a proprio agio.

E come se non bastasse, ci hanno anche fatto un prezzo davvero onesto, più che giusto per la qualità del cibo e del servizio ricevuto. Un’esperienza molto positiva sotto tutti i punti di vista. Grazie di cuore, torneremo...
