The food is good, the waiters are very polite and serviceable. The reason I gave 1 star for service and 2 stars overall is because we paid 26€ per person (not a small amount) for 2 hours of all you can eat, and our sushi came over 50 minutes after ordering, and even that was after asking a waitress what's up with our order. It wasn't even just those items, as other sushi required between 30 and 40 minutes to arrive. For a timed all you can eat, this is unacceptable and frankly embarrassing. Moreover, while the sushi was tasty, it was very poorly made and fell apart at the lightest touch of the chopsticks. It was uneven, ugly, and again, hard to eat because as soon as you grab it all the ingredients fall out and the rice spills over the plate. I am still finding it hard to believe I was left hungry for most of our all you can eat experience, sitting and waiting for my food. We must have spent over an hour in total waiting, not eating. Shameful.
