The food is good, the waiters are very polite and serviceable. The reason I gave 1 star for service and 2 stars overall is because we paid 26€ per person (not a small amount) for 2 hours of all you can eat, and our sushi came over 50 minutes after ordering, and even that was after asking a waitress what's up with our order. It wasn't even just those items, as other sushi required between 30 and 40 minutes to arrive. For a timed all you can eat, this is unacceptable and frankly embarrassing. Moreover, while the sushi was tasty, it was very poorly made and fell apart at the lightest touch of the chopsticks. It was uneven, ugly, and again, hard to eat because as soon as you grab it all the ingredients fall out and the rice spills over the plate. I am still finding it hard to believe I was left hungry for most of our all you can eat experience, sitting and waiting for my food. We must have spent over an hour in total waiting, not...

I recently visited this sushi restaurant with high hopes, and while the sushi itself was exceptional, the experience was marred by a frustrating booking process. Despite calling two days in advance to secure a reservation, upon arrival, I found a crowd of people waiting for a seat, all supposedly booked at the same time.

The lack of clarity and organization in the booking system was disappointing. A simple acknowledgment that the restaurant was fully booked would have allowed me to make alternative dining arrangements without the inconvenience of waiting.

Actually one of the best "all you can eat's". Plenty varieties of food and everything is very delicious. Furthermore service is also quite nice... some of the waiters have a little bit of a poker face all the time but it remains very professional. Also food food preparation and delivery are fast enough And finally the ambient. It gives you a feeling of a premium high class restaurant. Big tables, leather seats, nice floor decorations...
