Got a table easily during busy summer period but out the back in furthest corner. We ordered drinks, starter and our mains. After our started we waited an hour for the msins and only because I had to ask about them. The table next to us arrived after us, ordered and ate starters and mains and left before we got our mains. When I asked how long before we get the mains 2 waiters came back and 1 said 4 mins and the other said the food is being cooked!! Clearly we had been forgotten! The mains did not arrive for another 1/2hr! When they arrived I commented that it was longer than 4 mins we waited and 1 of the waiters got all defensive and said it’s not his fault he isn’t the cook! The other waiter was quite apologetic and corrected the arrogant waiter by telling him that it is their fault and I had every right to complain. It’s not the customers fault if the restaurant has missed a docket. I ordered the gnocchi alla sorrentino and it was like eating a plate of salt! The other 2 mains being smother pasta dish and a chicken dish were fine but nothing great. It is sad that the restaurant staff don’t care about any standard of customer service like...

The price point was in range of expectations - we paid 65€ for 4 main plates, a litre of house wine and a bottle of water (plus the table-setting fee).
