Pane & Vino " Bruschetteria " — Restaurant in Tuscania

The food quality was the worst we had in Italy- carbonara was oily, with lumps and wrong type of meat in it, not creamy at all, pasta overcooked. The service was not very welcoming, we were the only clients and we got our pasta first and bruschettas second (20min after eating), waitress forgot vine glasses with vine and forgot to bring bill when asked. Premetto che giudico solo per quello che ho mangiato, pasta, il resto, bruschette, taglieri ecc., sono fuori da questo giudizio. Abbiamo preso un piatto di pappardelle all'amatriciana: pomodoro cotto poco, quindi piuttosto liquido e il guanciale e/o pancetta cotti con retrogusto amaro. Non immangiabile ma, francamente, dell'amatriciana ne porta solo il nome. L'altro piatto, fettuccine con condimento di noci, immangiabile, tant'è che ne ho lasciato più della metà. Oltre che ad avere un retrogusto acidulo, le noci quasi polverizzate, davano una consistenza di segatura piuttosto fastidiosa da mangiare. Il tutto a 25€ compreso 1 litro di acqua. Non discuto il prezzo, anche se un tantinello alto per il tipo di locale (per esempio tovaglioli di carta), ma almeno se le pietanze fossero state, non dico eccelse, ma decenti, non avrei scritto questa recensione. Mi spiace, non amo dare giudizi negativi ma questa volta non ne posso proprio...
