Pizzeria alle due palme — Restaurant in Udine

Sono sempre venuta a mangiare la pizza qui e per la mia festa di laurea ho deciso di prenotare la stanza che hanno sotto per festeggiare assieme ai miei amici. Sono stata a prenotare una decina di giorni prima dell'evento chiedendo se ci fosse un sovrapprezzo per la prenotazione della stanza ma mi è stato detto "assolutamente no" e hanno aggiunto che mi avrebbero fatto trovare la stanza preparata con glitter, patatine e noccioline. In foto vedete lo scontrino della serata: sia la margherita maxi che quelle farcite sono costate 20€..... (Per chi non lo sapesse una margherita maxi costa attorno ai 13€ mentre una farcita parte da una base di 15€ per un mono gusto per es. salamino). Considerate che la settimana prima, quando sono venuta a prenotare la stanza, ho preso una maxi farcitissima (molto più di quelle ordinate in serata) da portare via e l'ho pagata 16€. Quando ho chiamato il giorno dopo la festa per chiedere spiegazioni sui costi (con tono assolutamente tranquillo e non accusatorio) mi è stato detto che "la stanza è stata prenotata tutta per noi" (ripeto che mi era stato detto che non avrei dovuto pagare nulla per la prenotazione della stanza, per non parlare del fatto che il resto del ristorante era più che mezzo vuoto); poi mi hanno detto che hanno comprato le patatine e le noccioline appositamente per noi e che le materie prime sono aumentate e che ora per una margherita maxi loro spendono attorno ai 20€ e tante altre storie che sono sembrate palesemente delle scuse..... Per di più il tono utilizzato da loro è stato molto scortese e arrabbiato come quello di qualcuno che sa di aver sbagliato.

Avrei preferito ammettessero di aver sbagliato e invece, questo atteggiamento assolutamente scorretto, mi porterà a non tornare mai più in questo locale ma soprattutto mi ha portato, con grandissima delusione, a scrivere...

I really enjoyed my stay at the Due Palme, but that was because of the staff, the restaurant and my travel companions. Not the room. I stayed in a single room wich was equipped with furniture that looked like it was from 4 different garage sales. The bathroom worked... well kind of. Water ran out on the floor when flushing the toilet, the toilet seat was completely loose and the shower was so small that you hit your head turning around.
