When we first came and asked for a table an Italian server came to help us but couldn’t understand which is no problem and he when to get one of his colleagues. The Italian guy had to remind his colleague multiple times to come and seat us but you know I understand servers have a lot to do so whatever again. So after 5 ish minutes we got sat and given a menu but he said we should try to all order the same thing because they were having a busy day or something like that. And when he came back to take our order my sister asked for a salad he said that it wasn’t possible, same with my brother when he asked for a pizza. He asked us to eat the menu meal (seafood or meat option with 3 courses) my family ordered 2 seafood and 1 meat option and he rolled his eyes because we were 5 and didn’t order that much food cause we got a bad vibe then. He brought out the first course and it was a bit of lettuce and the fish you eat from the jar and the meat options was a mozzarella ball with a bit of smoked meat. The middle course was spaghetti vongole that was cold and a spaghetti bolognese which my sister said tasted like the jar pasta sauce and it was also cold. We had enough and paid and left before we got the last course because we were having a bad experience and had enough. The menu meal said it included vine water and coffee (idk if it was or or and but we were never offered which is the bigger problem in my opinion). The parking was 10 € which was fine but it seemed a bit expensive. So in my opinion it was kinda a rip off because my dad paid 125€. Devo dire che avendo fatto una prenotazione per due persone nel mese di febbraio 2023 per il giorno di Pasqua 2023 con thefork purtroppo ci siamo prima sentiti dire appena entrati che non effettuavano prenotazioni per il giorno di Pasqua con thefork nonostante carta alla mano con tanto di prenotazione che avevamo .. poi visto che non c era un tavolo a noi assegnato ce ne hanno dato uno al momento per non mandarci via.. e al momento del pagamento ci sono stati problemi perché noi avevamo uno sconto del 50 per cento e hanno dovuto fare e stracciare il conto più di una volta in quanto gli abbiamo detto che se non ci effettuavano lo sconto come da prenotazione con the fork avremmo chiamato i carabinieri . Grazie...arrivederci e a mai piu Il sig.propietario deve ricordare inoltre che abbiamo detto con carta in mano che lo dimostra che avevamo la prenotazione con thefork anche se si vedeva chiaramente che era scocciato...di aver consumato uno scampo che non abbiamo preso abbiamo lo scontrino che lo dimostra..veramente abbiamo preso due primi ..un fritto diviso in due ..una porzione di patatine e una bottiglia di acqua naturale.e mi permetta stracciare tre volte il conto perché avevamo uno sconto del 50 per cento ...comunque vedendo le recensioni un paio di domande io fossi in lei me le farei.. non può sempre essere sempre colpa dei clienti. È così evidente che le rode quando un cliente la fa notare che c è qualcosa che non va Dovreste ringraziare i clienti visto che è grazie a loro che campate Comunque ribadisco a mai più P.s. A ricordarle che lo sconto del 50 per cento non me lo ha effettuato lei ma thefork. E non continui a giustificarsi dicendo che la signora che ci ha fatto il conto non sapeva che a Pasqua non si fanno prenotazioni con thefork perché glielo abbiamo detto più volte e le abbiamo messo il foglio della prenotazione sulla cassa. Avreste fatto più bella figura a non iscrivervi a thefork solo per fare bella vetrina. Se secondo lei mi sono sparata oltre 200km per venire a mangiare da lei utilizzando lo sconto in quanto noi che utilizziamo thefork siamo persone che non ci possiamo permetterci di pagare l intero importo si deve solo vergognare. PS segnali pure a thefork... La verità brucia...eccome se brucia... Bye bye......e con questo chiudo......non spreco più nemmeno un secondo del mio tempo prezioso a scrivere a chi di certo non merita... Del resto ce ne sono di ristoranti dove posso spendere rtutti i soldi che voglio...non c è che l imbarazzo...

when we first arrived they said the parking was 10 euro. we payed ten euros and when we were walking out of the parking lot they tried to make us pay AGAIN. but we didnt because it was obvious they were trying to scam us. when we got sat down the waiter didnt even try to be kind at all and told us we cant order very different plates because it was a holiday, but when we looked around the waiters were bringing very different dishes to everyone else (probably because we were tourists and the others were locals). Dishes were terrible , we got preheated pasta with canned sauce (we recognised it) and it was literally cold. We didnt even wait for the next dish because it was so bad. Terrible food and terrible...
