Food was amazing. Had a wonderful time. 4 adults and 3yr boy. Got 2 sharing starters;1 with fish & meat and 2nd was doughnuts & cheese. 5 mains as grandson ate bolognaise( his Mum said the meat sauce was wonderful but she can't eat pasta). +2 Carbonara de Mare + 1 veg pizza + waitress recommendation for son in law Tuna steak with courgette & aubergine side ( He loved it and both my hubby and daughter tried the tuna and said azing with the spices. The food is good but the service needs improvements. The menu has allergenics so I order an appetizer without milk (I am intolerant to lactose and milk protein) and, to be sure, I also checked with the waitress what it contained. Anyway, it arrives with two additional piece of cheese. I asked to fix it and they give the plate back after literally 15 seconds so, clearly, they simply put away the cheese and give it back to me, even if it was cross-contaminated. My wife ate it instead me but this is not acceptable. Luckily for them, I had three dinners and two lunches there in these last weeks (because they are near the apartment we are renting) so I think they deserve more than 1 star. Anyway they...

Nonostante le aspettative e il suggerimento amico di altre persone che ci sono state, siamo rimasti spiacevolmente delusi.

Personalmente, mi aspetto che l'antipasto arrivi prima dei pasti, tantè che all'arrivo del primo, alla domanda di dove fosse l'antipasto la risposta è stata: "eh, arriva! Lo stanno preparando".

Mangiamo mangiamo e la pizza non arriva, 3 persone su 4 servite, data l'attesa abbiamo deciso di iniziare a mangiare nonostante mancasse ancora un piatto, per evitare che si raffreddassero i piatti che già non erano arrivati caldissimi, costringendo così il quarto ad una straziante attesa guardando gli altri mangiare, nella speranza sempre più remota che il piatto arrivasse. Il cameriere poveretto a fare le corse per i tavoli, peccato che poi la risposta scortese non se la fa mancare.

Alla domanda di dove fosse la pizza, la sua risposta è stata: "Signore lei fa parte del prossimo turno quindi deve aspettare... se vuole può andare in cucina a controllare"

Passano 20/30 minuti, nel frattempo noi avevamo finito di mangiare e la pizza ancora non era arrivata, al chè il cameriere ripassa al tavolo e dice: "allora cosa facciamo, vuole cancellare la pizza, o ordinare qualcos'altro?" Rispondiamo che vogliamo mangiare, e che attendiamo la pizza...

Dopo ulteriori 20 min di attesa, decidiamo di alzarci dal tavolo e andare a pagare, nel riferire la situazione al proprietario, ci arriva in risposta che lui non era lì al tavolo con noi e non ha visto cosa era successo e dice anche che avremmo dovuto rimanere lì ad aspettare la pizza e poi nel caso venire a lamentarci... in conclusione veniamo quasi cacciati dal locale.

Situazione al quanto tragicomica, cibo discreto, probabilmente piatti di mare preparati in anticipo, più che La Casina sembrava La Caverna per i modi grotteschi del...
