I wouldn't come here next season ! The owner or who ever it was that spoke to me has no idea what customer service means , well not to UK & Australian standards where i have lived in the past , I have worked in customer service for over 35 years and have never spoken to a customer in such an arrogant manner !! The swimming pool is fab if you could actually use it !!!! I have travelled the world and have also been to some 5 star resorts and have never been told not to play with a foam ball the size of a golf ball with my 9 year old son ! What are children going to do in a swimming pool in summer , swim laps !!! ( Maybe you should have set hours where children can play in the pool ).This is the only place in Italy that is so fiscal !! Not even the Police in Italy are this fiscal !! People come to these places and pay lots of money so their children can enjoy themselves ! Bagno veramente confortevole. Personale attento e competente. Sono ospite del bagno con la mia famiglia presso l'ombrellone dei miei genitori ed ho riscontrato cortesia e professionalità che, nella mia scala di valori rappresentano un valore aggiunto, non sempre rintracciabile altrove. Vorrei rispondere positivamente alla signora che si lamentava dell'impossibilità di giocare nella piscina. Io credo, prevalga il buon senso. Aver girato il mondo ed essere stati nei resort di classe, dove tutto viene permesso per non perdere clienti e lasciar fare tutto a persone maleducate, non significa si possa fare ovunque. Credo che si debba rispettare ogni bagnante ospite, ed una palla o pallina, lanciata in una piscina, se disturba qualcuno non la si permette. È proprio questo, il rispetto di cui parlavo prima. I bambini, possono andare nel mare, che è validissimo, per questo tipo di giochi. Non è una polemica la mia, a favore del bagno Tirreno, mi si comprenda, è un'invettiva contro la protervia di chi sventola il portafoglio e pretende di fare quel che più gli aggrada e invocare...
