We attended Simba's bar several nights ago for a pre-dinner drink (Spritz) - our drinks were very good, as expected, but the standout was the service and exceptionally generous appetizers. We anticipated an extra charge for the generous serving but received only modest prices and a smile from our host. Attended again tonight and it was as good, if not superior! The surprise tonight was when a red wine was requested - I confess that my italian was not good enough to appreciate all of the information given, but it was very evident that he had very good knowledge, passion and takes great pride in his offerings - the wine was very good!
