Simple trattoria. Good food but not extraordinary. My sformatino was my favorite thing as was the morellino di scansano. The tortelli with truffle sauce was really light in flavor, but when I added just a bit of salt and pepper the flavors came out more so it tasted more to my palate. My boyfriend from a Tuscany got the tortelli with manzo sauce and said it had almost too many flavors so we had the opposite issue. The coperto is 6 euros a person which is really steep to be honest, for that I would expect to be in a better atmosphere and have better bread. The olive oil was nice though. The fagotino at the end was ok. I have a pork and red meat allergy and we ordered the crostini with chicken liver in the beginning because there was no red meat in it but in the end, thankfully, a millisecond before I bit into it, I was told wait this one has beef in it.. so I would have ordered something completely different if I knew that was the case. They did offer to add different pieces of ones I could eat like ceci (that one was tasty) but I would have just spoke about it with my boyfriend beforehand if we knew and ordered the creamed cod with fried polenta to try something completely different as it was my first choice, but I wasn’t given the option to change the dish just to add something else to it, so I was a bit sad about that to be honest, but we said it was fine and kept it but in the end he said the flavors were just ok and he’s had better. Overall the bill was 99 euros because there was also the 12 euro coperto between two people. The wine was only 20 euros though and it was delicious so the 99 total had nothing to do with the wine in my mind.. but for 99 euros and all the meals I’ve had in Italy, I don’t think it was entirely worth the price and cover charge with what we got. I should have insisted on changing the entire crostini dish bc I could only taste one thing on there and it’s something you can find everywhere but didn’t want to make a fuss. I’m just glad while it was in my hand and I was about to take a bite I was stopped so I didn’t have an allergic reaction.

Literally an Amazing place! It is a restaurant but also a winery at the same time. The owner is so nice and the food, Omg the food is just so delicious! Located near by Saturnia hot springs, The place is so lovely, romantic and ideal for a date! The owner promotes Saturnia and Tuscany region so well, knows is stuff and really takes the time to explain everything you need to know about the food and the wine😋. I recommend you to make a reservation before but if not possible a good tip would be to get there for the opening time( 7:30 pm) since most of Italian people dine from 8pm. Highly recommend the soup and Sliced red beef: soooo good! Wanted to taste the Mushroom soup but unfortunately it wasn't the season for it. However the traditional mixed vegetables soup is also delicious 😋. Thank you again to the owner for such a great time and hope to come again in the next coming 12 years 😆.

We started our dining with the La Caccia house appetizer. It consisted of three delicious forms of pecorino cheese; Crisps, wedges, and a unique souffle with a molten interior. Our Primi main course was the Maremma tortelli (ricotta and spinach ravioli) with beef ragout locale. and the pappardelle with wild boar ragout, Both were exquisitely prepared, and tasted delicious. We also split a very nice house mixed side salad before finishing with the house speciality dessert of the day, which was lemon creme brulee. We enjoyed both greatly. Also the atmosphere was quaint and authentic. A great find!
