On a recent bike trip in the area we were booked for lunch at this restaurant. Despite showing up a bit damp from a sudden rain, we were seated promptly and treated to a master class in tortellini. Nadia was an amazing host and treated us to three different tortellini dishes. Along with appetizers and dessert. And appropriate wines as well. The tortellini is exceptional in that it is very fine, almost velvety. Not your mothers tortellini! Highly recommended. Thanks so much Nadia. Update May 26, 2022. I don't always go the same restaurant when I travel to the same region, but when I do, I go to Alla Borsa!

Come to La Borsa to truly understand what the art of making fresh pasta is all about. They offer a tris of tortelli (classic meat filling, ricotta and spinach and pumpkin and amaretto) which is simply seasoned with butter to make the pasta itself be the real star of the show. I have never seen the pasta dough rolled so thin, the flavours were perfectly balanced and delicious. My mum had the sfogliata (very thin and delicate lasagne filled with vegetables) and it was equally stunning. This is a family restaurant with a wonderful atmosphere and a stellar wine list. A destination for foodies and wine lovers.

Outstanding restaurant with top quality regional food. This is my best veneto restaurant ever met. The tris of tortellini is the best dish to choose for experiencing the hand made tradition of tortellini di Valerio. The nodo d'amore is a must. The personnel was really welcoming and expecially Mirco was happy to explain the origin and history behind every meal. Price of a high Level restaurant, well worth it. Strongly adviced.

Oggi, 29 settembre (per noi baby-boomer ricorda Battisti e gli Equipe 84) sono ritornato nuovamente a deliziarmi alla Borsa. È nuovamente ho goduto del piacere di degustare quella che considero di gran lunga il luogo dove mangiare la migliore pasta ripiena in Italia. Aldilà dei prodotti di altissima qualità, ad ogni boccone si riesce chiaramente a percepire il sapore della pasta, del ripieno e del condimento, senza che uno predominino cancelli gli altri. E poi si sente prepotentemente l’ingrediente speciale: la passione e l’amore che la famiglia Pasquali mette nel proprio lavoro. Sono sempre presenti, a coordinare e trasmettere quel senso di coccola che ad un cliente fa piacere sentire (almeno per noi è così). Mamma Pasquali si aggira tra i tavoli, accudendo gli avventori, con classe ed eleganza. Un vero piacere visitare questo luogo, ormai per noi famigliare (di famiglia). Grazie Che dire....nulla! Tutto molto buono, anzi fantastico, condito da un servizio puntuale e professionale. Una certezza. Per questo, appena posso, ci torno. E non parliamo della parte turistica.

Das Alla Borsa ist von außen unscheinbar, hat aber viel zu bieten. Man wird freundlich empfangen und zum Tisch geführt, welcher anschließend eingedeckt wird. Die Karte ist überschaubar, bietet aber eine ausreichende Auswahl. Das wohl beliebteste sind hier die Tortellini, aber auch andere Speisen sind sehr empfehlenswert. Die gemischte Platte von Antipasti besteht aus vielen verschiedenen Sachen und ist auch ausreichend für zwei Personen. Die Tortellini wurden ja auch in anderen Rezessionen bereits sehr gehypt, aber auch hierzu nochmal ein paar Worte: der Teig ist sehr dünn und dennoch schön bissfest, Die Füllung der Nodo d'Amore ist sehr fein und würzig, Die Salbeibutter ist sehr dezent und unterstreicht den Geschmack der Tortellini sehr gut. Die Nachtische sind ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen. Der Früchtekuchen war das absolute Highlight des Urlaubs, auch die Panna Cotta war sehr gut. Das ganze gibt's zudem zu einem super Preis und mit sehr netten Ambiente. Auf jeden Fall einen Abstecher wert!

Siamo venuti dalla Sicilia, a Gardone Riviera, per una cena da lungo tempo programmata al Lido’84 dal grande Riccardo Camanini. Visitato di buon mattino il Vittoriale ci ritornarono alla mente dei tortellini “Nodini d’amore” gustati alcuni anni fa al ristorante La Borsa. Sapete i ricordi vanno spesso convalidati e così abbiamo fatto. L’ordinazione : un tris di primi due calici di Amarone ed un dolce e caffè condiviso; questa esperienza fantastica ha di gran lunga superato l’effetto di una quarta dose boster per Covid 19: siamo sicuri che non solo non li dimenticheremo più ma qualora ci dovessimo trovare nei dintorni non esiteremo a ritornarci per ripetere l’esperienza. Inoltre due plus: essere serviti anche dalla cortese ed elegante Sig.ra Albina di circa 80 anni e l’acquisto con la figlia Nadia, altrettanto a modo e garbata, di meravigliosi bicchieri da tavola variopinti di Murano, una vera e propria chicca.Siamo stati veramente bene. Complimenti alle Signore!
