Suggerito dall'albergo al cacciatore tortellinando. Ristorante che mi ricorda l'atmosfera di una volta. Trattoria famigliare. Accogliente e caldo e personale gentilissimo. Si sente che sono da generazioni a fare il mestiere. Antipasti salumi e gnocco fritto. Salumi locali deliziosi. Sullo gnocco fritto da buon emiliano secondo me dovrebbero lavorarci su. Specialità tortellini e tortelli. Prendiamo un tortello cipolla rossa burratina ed uno cime di rapa salsiccia pasta verde e burro fuso. I due tortelli sono una poesia. Chiedo al responsabile di sala di poter fare due fotografie ai piatti, non miei perchè li avevo già spazzolati. Scopro che in cucina c'è la mamma con un fantastico grembiule a fiori da cuoca di casa. Eccezionale. Tutto perfetto. Torneremo sicuramente. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Leggo la loro storia sin dal nonno. La tradizione, ma con un tocco in più.
