Non mi piace lasciare recensioni negative ma qui una critica costruttiva serve… da ex barista, quando un cliente entra nel locale e dice “buongiorno”, rispondere é cortese ma soprattutto non si insultano i clienti. Io sono entrata con il mio ragazzo e abbiamo salutato. Erano in tre a lavorare e nessuno ci ha salutati indietro, pur avendoci visti. Una delle due ragazze ci é passata davanti tre volte e comunque non ci ha degnati di uno sguardo. Poi entra una signora e cosa succede? Vanno subito a servire lei, perché? Forse perché noi siamo solo due ragazzi giovani? Quindi non meritiamo rispetto? Non so, fatto sta che senza dire niente (perché non ritenevamo fosse necessario) siamo usciti. Se non ci sentiamo a nostro agio in un luogo non vedo perché dovremmo rimanerci, soprattutto se non veniamo considerati in alcun modo. Guarda caso mentre usciamo si accorgono che stanno perdendo due clienti e sentiamo il barista dire “se ne vanno? Scappano, scappano, corrono!” A mo di presa in giro. Il mio ragazzo gli ha risposto semplicemente che non gli piace aspettare davanti alla cassa senza essere calcolato per poi vedere un cliente appena arrivato servito per primo e il barista ha avuto da ridire. Io mi sarei semplicemente scusata invece lui ha deciso di prenderci in giro ulteriormente dicendo “ehh può capitare” e poi si é permesso di dire al mio ragazzo “tua mamma ti ha dato un brutto carattere, eh?”. Noi non abbiamo risposto perché siamo persone educate e preferiamo evitare il conflitto, ma é stata davvero un’esperienza negativa che poteva essere evitata con professionalità. Per favore migliorate il servizio, può capitare di sbagliare, siamo umani, ma ci si scusa dopo un errore, non si peggiora la situazione insultando i clienti che avevamo palesemente ragione.
