Coffee Bargello — Restaurant in Velletri

Sadly, I have to say that their service is poor. The food is great, the baristas are great but the woman behind the cashier is rude. I admire their pastries and I would go out of my way to have the croissants as they are delicious. But after such an experience with the cashier who was rude as she doesn't know how to communicate properly with people. I was even feeling proud to show their food to others and bringing them. But I guess, they do not care about growth. I already heard from others how they could be unaccommodating and rude but I never believed them until I saw it with my own eyes and treated exactly the same.

Also, the cashiers/owners have problems trusting their employees. The woman/cashier would always go to the bar and do the coffee herself, which would take really long, while the real baristas would wait for her to finish. Consequently, nobody would be attending to the customers at the cashier's.

Below was my first review, but after such a bad treatment from the cashier/owner, I lost my appetite. 21st August 2024

"Huge and delicious "cornetti" and cappuccino. I've never seen a bar that offer such huge cornetti. They make all their pastries, so they're always fresh if not even slightly hot. But I would love to see a puff pastry - Millefeuille cake/ Torta Millefoglie as part of their variety of cakes to order for...

Mi servo da loro da più di 10 anni, molte volte a settimana per via del lavoro, sulla qualità dei prodotti nn posso dire nulla, come la tavola calda, i cornetti ecc.. "5 stelle" Ma una cosa la voglio dire, tutto questo viene purtroppo offuscato dalla scortesia, indifferenza ..che ho trovato molto spesso da chi gestisce. "0 stelle" Per fortuna ci sono altre persone gentili e carine, vorrei consigliare di essere un pochino più gentili sopratutto con i clienti, sono loro che tutti i giorni ci aiutano nel nostro lavoro. Buon lavoro e Buona giornata.

Trascorsi 3 giorni a Velletri, in vacanza per trovare degli amici, e per 3 giorni abbiamo fatto colazione da loro. Velocità nel servizio, tavoli sia all'interno che all'esterno per la consumazione sul posto. Cameriere e barista sempre sorridenti e precisi. Cornetti al pistacchio, cioccolato, crema, maritozzi, ciambelle e cannoli ripieni di ricotta davvero buoni. Buono l'impasto ed altrettanto buono ciò che le farcisce (creme, panna e ricotta). Inoltre un dettaglio di qualità dei cannoli è l'assenza del "bagno" di cioccolato interno pur mantenendo croccantezza, sinonimo di freschezza senza ricorrere all'impermeabilizzazione del cioccolato. Anche i pasticcini, presi alla sera per un invito a cena, erano molto buoni. Consigliata e ci torneremo quando saremo...
