service quality is inconsistent, there's one time i waited a meal for an hour, because there were a lot of people in the line, the staff keeps telling me i just have to wait despite the fact that my number has already passed. In the end they realized that they simply neglected my order and didn't even start to cook it until I brought it up again after almost an hour waiting. Talked to the manager but not much was offered than an extra french fry, pretty sure my one hour's time is worth more than a french fry but yeah. Another incident happened just a few days ago, I have this "buono pasto"(food ticket) that I can spend in restaurant and supermarket, the previous night I paid some deserts and teas with my food ticket and it was fine, the next day I made an order and the staff refused to accept my food ticket, claiming that they NEVER accept those. Dude, I just paid stuff with it last night! Also btw the McDonalds at Trainstation of Mestre accepts food ticket every single time, I recommend you to go there instead of the intespar one.
