이탈리아 여행하면서 가장 인상 깊었던 식당입니다.

바카로(Bacaro)는 '스프리츠'라는 이탈리아 전통 술과 '치케티'라고 부르는 작은 안주를 곁들여 먹는 식문화는 베네치아에서만 경험할 수 있습니다. 여기 'Osteria Alla Rampa'에서 전통 바카로를 경험하실 수 있습니다.

다른 식당에서도 스프리츠를 먹어봤지만 여기만큼 잘 말아주는 곳을 못봤습니다. 맛 없는 스프리츠는 물약맛이 나는데 여기는 그런거 없이 맛있습니다.

치케티는 뭐 하나 꼽기 힘들 정도로 모두 특색있고 맛있었습니다. 무엇보다 가격이 저렴해서 부담없이 여러개 주문해서 먹을 수 있었습니다. 혼자 방문해도 좋지만 여러명이 방문하면 다양하게 맛볼 수 있습니다.

그 나라 문화를 경험하는게 여행에서 가장 값지다고 생각하는데 이 식당에서는 베네치아에서만 경험할 수 있는 문화를 경험하게 되어서 정말 좋았습니다. 제가 웬만하며 추천을 안하는데 여기는 강력 추천합니다.
