If I could give this place -1 I would definitely stay away. These guys are thiefs not to say worst. Coffee poor quality - 6 EUR, the most expensive one I have tried so far, not worth it. Bagged tea, the cheapest one - lipton that you can buy at the grocery store - 4 EUR (!) Im not talking about crappy overpriced food that they sell, even napkins are not napkins, but a piece of plastic.
No service, a bunch of rude, shameless and arrogant people at the bar. Never had such a terrible experience in Venice before. STAY AWAY. There are so many other great coffee shops out there that serve delicious coffee and tea, just buy something on your way to the Tronchetto.
I bet that 5 star reviews for this place come from either the owner himself or pple who get paid to bring the...
Read moreLast night I wanted to buy cigarettes from the vending machines, I paid 10€ and I could neither buy cigarettes nor get my money back... I was given a bill and the 2 people waiting behind me told me to come here tomorrow with that bill and they could refund my money that way. I had a bus to Milan at 1 o'clock last night, I am in Milan now. I wrote to them on Instagram last night, called them many times today, but there is no result. If I had paid more money instead of 10€, it would not have been given either. I can't reach you, contact me and solve my grievance, this is literally theft! I am a student and I travel with little money. Please make up for this, I have reached out to a few people in the same situation. What you are doing is shameful, solve...

Yesterday I had a horrible experience, the barman was so rude to a tourist in front of me that wanted to use the toilet after buying coffee and sigarettes, and he said that the toilet was only for the staff. THIS IS ILLEGAL. Moreover, I wanted to pay crisps (4 euro for a pringles pack, insane) with credit card, when he told me that the minimum amount was 5. ALSO THIS IS ILLEGAL. According to the Italian law, you can pay ANY AMOUNT with your credit card. He became even ruder and he told me to call ''guardia di finanza'' (finance police), which I did. I sent them an official complaint and they will have a look into this horrible bar. Avoid...
