The reality is that only a handful of boats are accessible, and those are allocated in a general pool. As a result, people who really need accessible transport can not possibly get it as they compete for the allocation with the immensely larger general public. Effectively, the accessible service is not existent at times of an elevated demand. On all of Sept 6, 7, and 8, 2022 we were told that "no accessible boats are available" or "you should have ordered a few days ahead".
