I went only for making myself keep moving to another exhibition. 1 star is much for this place. Your service is ridiculous. You can not let customer wait and bring reciept as a proof of purchase when there is literally 2 customers & you guys have 6 staffs working at the bar. I ordered, older male staff processed the payment and female staff was literally 30cm next to him, she was "cleaning" until I asked if she can get my sandwitch. 😂😂 then I still had to get back to my seat to pick up my reciet to prove the purchase. Very rude attitude is another thing. Are you all a bit slow? I was super inspired by exhibition just to be ruined by your service. Venice Biennale should consider switching to catering...
