Absolutely outstanding. Very smart casual dining which gives you the feel of warmth and celebratory feels as you'd want when dining with family, friends and / or partner.

My partner and I have just finished off our meal here after being recommended to try this place and it was the perfect finish to our week here in Italy.

We had 2 starters, 2 primis, 2 seconds and a desert to share along with 2 wines and not only was every dish so delicious but the service was perfectly balanced.

Not over bearing but with the right amount of attention and when we asked, recommendations to dishes as our Italian isn't exactly great.

Highly recommend going here more than once for sure and if you are a fish and meat lover, certainty try the octopus and tuna along with the lamb with meatballs (but don't call them that, because they sound sexier in italian) .

Hanbury Bistro was the perfect spot for a relaxed and stylish happy hour. We tried a variety of cocktails including the Aperol Spritz and Negroni and loved every single sip. Each drink was expertly made and beautifully presented. We also had the tiramisu and lemon sorbet, both of which were absolutely delicious — the perfect sweet touch to end our visit. Excellent! We took the train from Nice just for this restaurant and it was incredible! The owner took such great care of us and the chef spoke English so came out to talk to the crazy American's!
