I recently had the pleasure of dining at Stella Ventimiglia in Italy, and I must say it was an absolute delight! From start to finish. Oh my goodness, the pizza was divine! The flavors were perfectly balanced, and each bite was bursting with deliciousness. The crust was crispy on the outside and wonderfully chewy on the inside, just the way I like it. Every ingredient seemed fresh and carefully selected, adding to the overall perfection of the pizza. It was undeniably one of the best pizzas I have ever had. The professionalism and service at Stella were exemplary. The staff members were attentive, and friendly. They made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The staff was prompt in taking our orders and provided helpful recommendations when we were undecided. Overall, I highly recommend Stella for an unforgettable pizza experience! Five stars!

We visited STELLA in Ventimiglia during our day trip there - and it was AMAZING. We were on the hunt for a great spot to enjoy some good food, pasta, or pizza (and maybe a nice cold beer) after a day walking around the beach and old town areas. We stumbled across great reviews on Google and I was attracted to giving it a try. My adult daughters age 22 and 23, and I gave it a try - and it was a huge hit. The owner personally explained the menu to us, gave us his recommendations, and even made suggestions on how what we should have. We each had our own pizza 🍕- and they were all INCREDIBLE. The crust was perfect, the sauce was a great tomato 🍅 flavor. Great fresh toppings. We tried the Tiru Misu as well, and a coffee. The whole meal was incredible and we had such a great time. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place.

Space, although smaller (outside), was enough to shrink 2 tables (we were lucky) for group of 5. We were given plenty of time to choose :) from the menu. After a little wait (we were just hungry, so it might not have been that long) pizzas came and that smell... Was fabulous. Fresh basil, aromatic spices and other ingredients. Taste was incredible, with soft dough and not-dried sauce or was a pleasant experience. Only minor thing with be, that pizza did not came pre-cut, and some had raw ham on it, making it difficult to cut but it was not a deal breaker.. Mine (with buffalo mozzarella) was really great. The mozzarella was like a cloud with a fantastic taste. A piece of focaccia was surprisingly good as well. Really a well-made dough. Espresso after the meal was good as well. Excellent taste of Italy.

Beautiful, cozy and calm atmosphere. The place is super clean and organized, the food came fast and it was absolutely delicious. I'm not sure if you can get a vegan option but there are vegetarian options, and the price was really good compared to other places we've been to. 22€ for two 8-slices pizzas and a tea. Alessandro was very kind and attentive, and even gave my companion--who had been coughing and sneezing--a warm herbal tea for free! There is also soft music on the inside which adds to the ambience and it's close to the train station which made it easy for us to eat before we left without worrying too much. Absolutely recommended! The two things I didn't love were that there isn't much room on the tables to place everything and that the entrance to the bathroom isn't accessible.

Travelled from Menton to Ventimiglia. My wife and I visited this restaurant after a recommendation from our hotel concierge. We enjoyed all elements of the restaurant. Apparently they only opened two days ago. Thankfully they could speak English and French (in addition to Italian). The staff were very welcoming throughout and would try their best to communicate with us making sure that we were comfortable. We got the beef tartare, spaghetti fruit de mer, lasagna, and grilled vegetables. We thoroughly enjoyed all dishes and were satisfied with the taste and portion size. Our favourite was the fruit de mer which had a strong umami taste with fresh tasting seafood. We wanted to try more but became too full!!

I made it. I am only here a couple of days enroute to meetings in France. It has been the best experience. Ventimiglia is beautiful. After a long day travelling the hotel recommended Stella Pizzaeria, Reataurante, Bar for take out. It so so good I am back for a second meal. The seafood risotto was heaven, the lobster tagliatelle incredible, the pizza maybe the best ever. Alessandro has only been in business a few months but this is one of my best dining experiences ever. Good food, interesting conversation (I am travelling solo) and service is second to none.
