KFC — Restaurant in Verona

I want to give them "-1". It was the worst experience with Kfc. I ordered 3 veggie meals n they took approx 45 min to make it. N staff were very rude. First they blamed me that you already had your order even when the order screen shows my number. Then I show my bill with the time and number of my order. After 15 they check n confirm all staff members and then they realised it's was theirs mistake. Then make it but without any apologies without any word. When I took my meals it was not even cooked well. The burger and fries were chilly. It was my first time there Very poor...

We visited KFC ADIGEO on this Sunday (4th September 2022), we ordered 3 chicken hot wings, 2 pop corn large and 4 beverages this is our regular order but today the put all the 3 portion wings in one paper bag when 3 portions should be in 3 bags and also gave us drinks without plastic caps on it, when we ask they said they left with less materials.. From the 2nd floor to our cars we have to hold the drinks open in our hands, it was very embarrassing for us... Only gave 3 star for food but service...

Premettendo il fatto che siamo arrivati lì molto tardi intorno alle 21:45, solo perché dopo una giornata estenuante volevamo mangiare qualcosa di veloce e buono. La cosa che mi ha dato tantissimo fastidio ma che non ho fatto notare è come una delle dipendenti del locale dopo che noi abbiamo ordinato con una sua collega 4 panini cristo Kentucky prima li dice che non è possibile e quindi di ridarmi i soldi e poi parlando con qualcuno dietro li dici okey falli pagare li metteremo quelle nel panino tanto sono uguali e sempre pollo. Non ho detto nulla ho pagato 42 euro ed ho aspettato il mio ordine. Il risultato nel panino invece di esserci il solito bel tocco di pollo fritto ben marinato e fritto mi sono ritrovato 4 pezzetti di chimen stripe buttati li senza pretese alcune.panini freddi. Quindi KFC non mi aspetto che a fine servizio ci sia tutto ma almeno quello che c'è che sia fatto correttamente e che una persona non paghi per qualcosa invece glie ne viene servita un altra, perché è la faccia della vostra azienda che ne fa le spese. Vergognoso . Ho comprato un caffe doppio al vicino macdonald e posso dirvi ho avuto piu sorrisi e gentilezza li che da voi. Rimproverato anche perche ho riportato il vassoio al banco perche sapendo che eravate in chiusura volevo che il personale facesse meno fatica. Come ho già detto c'erano 2 donne quella che ha fatto l ordine e stata super gentile l altra magra è più bassa e stata la furba . Controllate sempre quello che vi arriva nei panini . la data era...
