Sabato sera, abbiamo chiamato verso le 20 per sapere se un tavolo era disponibile, al telefono ci è stata data conferma per le 20:45, siamo arrivati al locale alle 20:40 ci siamo seduti alle 21:15, ma il problema non è l’attesa di 30 minuti ma l’atteggiamento del titolare, quando gli abbiamo fatto presente con molta educazione che telefonicamente poteva dare un informazione più corretta sulla disponibilità del tavolo si è anche infastidito, è stato arrogante, maleducato e si è permesso anche di dire (dopo 30 minuti di attesa in piedi all’ingresso) che se non avevamo voglia di stare lì ad aspettare potevamo anche andarcene.

Un atteggiamento inaccettabile per chi lavora nel settore della ristorazione, un comportamento del genere da parte del titolare fa passare tutta “l’esperienza” in secondo piano.

Non consiglio questo posto a nessuno che cerchi un minimo di rispetto gentilezza e professionalità.
