I was in Vetralla for work on a hot summery Monday and didn’t know where to go for lunch. I asked a local for a good restaurant and she suggested me to go to Tusciè. The tagliata di mango with porcini was tender, juicy and tasty. Most likely the best piece of steak I’ve in years. As for dessert I had the ricotta tart with dark cherry jam. I had to ask for a second one… it was that good. The amaro Etrusco recommended by the owner was one of the finest amaro I’ve had. What a gem! Esperienza pessima: la pizza non è assolutamente buona o per lo meno a noi, una tavolata di 11 persone di cui 7 hanno preso la pizza non è piaciuta. Lasciamo perdere il discorso ciliaci, motivo per cui avevamo scelto quel locale. Come detto la pizza senza glutine è immangiabile e la scelta sul resto delle pietanze per ciliaci è fortemente limitata. Se ci si presenta come locale adatto a chi ha delle intolleranze il menù per loro deve essere ricco e completo come per tutti. Parliamo della carne: due tagliate rimandante indietro perché crude, non era stato richiesto dal personale il grado di cottura, e in una c'è stato trovato un pezzo di gambero.si sono giustificati che può accadere e che è comunque commestibile senza pensare che magari il cliente più essere allergico ai crostacei.
