Welcome was kind. Apartment is a good size and could easily sleep three people. The kitchen was well equipped and there were some staples in the cupboard like pasta, oil, herbs and spices plus water in the fridge. ||||The wifi didn’t work at all in the apartment, in the hall / stairwell of the hotel rooms nor in the restaurant. I walked to the cafe down the road to get a drink and use their internet which was excellent. ||||A few small things could make this place much better! The shower door needs a handle, I had to reach high to get it open; the bedhead needs throwing out or covering as the old, dirty leather has all fallen into the sheets; the random filthy shoes need removing from the cupboard; they should provide paper towel and tea towels/oven mit for cooking; add a curtain in the bedroom for privacy and darkness; clean the terrace furniture as it is a terrific area to sit; clean the floors as there’s sticky slop/marks all over them; clean the shower of mould and the base of marks; offer juice or fruit and even one savoury item for breakfast; offer drinks in the restaurant from 5.30-7.30pm as I went to use the internet elsewhere and my €5 drink came with so much food (appertivo) there is no way I could fit dinner in too which means a whole dinner...

I spend 2 days here with my girlfriend. The check-in experience was not so friendly. Previously I informed the owner we are arriving late at 11 pm, he said it is OK. However due to traffic jam and unexpected stops, we were late and we arrived at 1 am. I didn't inform the owner we are arriving that late, which was my mistake. When we arrived, there was no one waiting for us, no key and owner do not answer his phone. We stayed half an hour there thinking what to do. Finally, I decided to knock on the door and to my surprise the owner came out very angry and shouting. I had to calm him down and sat sorry but I had no option because we didn't want to sleep on the street, He calm down finally, we got our room, we stayed 2 nights. Nothing special about this hotel, breakfast is ok located in a nearby restaurant. We didn't have our room cleaned and towels changed so we had to ask explicitly for new towels. I wish them luck but I also hope the owner can manage his anger better as he is working in tourism and customer...
