I was taken here for a birthday dinner on a Friday night. We sat at the bar which gave us a great view of the kitchen with the huge pizza oven. The restaurant is very stylish. I felt like I was back home in Vancouver. I shared three plates with my friend: the salami and ham appetizer, margarita pizza, and sausage main entree. The food is carefully prepared by the chef , with pride and effort ; chef is also the owner.he has an assistant , who is very helpful and attentive to the customers .
Despite speaking little English the effort is there to help us in ordering . He is also very patient .
The dishes are awesomely delicious ! wish we could have the stomach to try more !

隣のドーミーインに一泊し、 歩いてこの洋食レストランに行ったら、まさに驚愕の美味しさでした。 非常に高品質で美味しく、 食材はまさに北海道の新鮮そのもの。
残念ながら食べたかった生の牛肉カルパッチョは売り切れ。 しかし、量も多くて私にぴったり、値段も良心的。 味や調理法はアメリカンやイタリアンシェフのスタイルに近く、 少し工夫されたフレアも感じられました。
網走市でこんなにハイレベルな洋食レストランに出会えるとは思わなかった!
さっきFacebookでお店のストーリーを調べたら、 オーナーは若い頃にイタリアで修行していたとのこと。 また網走でぜひ味わいたいと思います。
Ho soggiornato una notte al Dormy Inn accanto, e camminando ho trovato questo ristorante occidentale: una scoperta sorprendente! Altissima qualità, davvero delizioso, gli ingredienti sono semplicemente i più freschi di Hokkaido.
Peccato che il carpaccio di manzo crudo che volevo provare fosse esaurito. Le porzioni però sono abbondanti, perfette per me, e i prezzi molto onesti. Il gusto e la preparazione ricordano lo stile di uno chef americano o italiano, con un tocco di creatività in più.
Non mi aspettavo di trovare un ristorante occidentale di così alto livello ad Abashiri!
