I had an incredible evening at Sushi Bar The End in Abashiri! The quality of the fish was so so super fresh and extremely delicious, and the sushi rice was perfectly vinegary and fluffy. The sushi chef, Hiro, was both professional and laid back; he told me what was special for the day and highlighted the freshest items available. Every other dish is great! Staff is also...
