Such flavour and toppings!! 100% worth the wait.

We sat outside and waited for 15 mins. As it was full straight from opening. We conversed with the locals and chatted about the food. They said it was the best ramen in town. Boy do I tell ya, they weren't lying.

It's one of the best ramen restaurants in Akita for sure, but it can feel a little cramped inside due to it being popular, which can be a minus or a bonus depending on the person

It's very good. Soup is not thick like pork(Tonkotsu) based, but has a unique fish boiled based shoyu taste. Different from Kanto or Kansai, Kyushu. I just love the Ramen soup here in the North area. Also the chasyu has 2 types, thick and thin, I think different portion...
