Café Akai Bunko — Restaurant in Akita

There are very few places with the quality and character of 赤居文庫. Their base menu is unique and wonderful. They also have seasonal menus which change regularly. The atmosphere inside is also very unique and inviting. I would probably come here almost every day if I lived a little closer! My first time here I felt like trying something unusual and so I ordered ナッツコーヒー (nut coffee). What I got was certainly unusual and not at al disappointing. I won’t spoil the surprise, so please give it a try when you visit 😉 their food is also quite good, as well as the deserts. In a world of so many copy cats, it’s refreshing to find a fun place like Akaibunko....

One of the most intersting coffee shops I've been to. Interesting takes on classic European and American drinks. Lively atmosphere with lots of young people chatting over giant mugs of coffee and soda floats. Staff were rushing around in boiler suits and making sure everyone was happy.
