McDonald's — Restaurant in Aomori

It feels strange to be reviewing a McDonald's but I was surprised to see a low rating.

I don't usually go to McDonald's but my friends enjoy it and we needed a quick stop for dinner. The staff were cute and smiling the entire time while they helped us. My friends said the food was the best McDonald's food they have had in years (including in other countries) with hot crunchy chips and warm fresh burgers.

I can't imagine a better experience at a McDonald's, so I will rate it 5 stars. Personally I think the open atmosphere of this store is nicer than a normal McDonald's but it is up to personal opinion I am sure.

買い物して、少し休憩したいなと思ったら直ぐに使えるから有難いと思っていたが、サービスは最悪。まあ、店が無いよりはましか。やたらと注文の列で待たされた挙げ句、しなしなの、揚げてから30分以上経ったような、不味いポテトが平気で出てきた。まるでマックのマニュアル通りにオペレーション出来ていない。エリアマネージャーは、よくよく観察して改善しないといけないだろう。店がピークに全く対応出来ていないのだ。客を列に30分待たせているのに、悪びれもせず社員、スイングともに開き直っていて、本当に見るに耐えない。上手くオペレーション回せないのがこの店の社員の能力の問題なのか、人手が少ないからなのか、バイトのシフト表などを見てみないとわからないが、その両方かもしれない。店の社員だけでは、到底改善は望めそうもない。さて、イートインの場所は、マックの店内と言うよりは、フードコートのオープンスペースに近い。ホットコーヒーは、35年前にマックで出していた酸味の強い味から比べると、随分と味にコクが増して美味しくなっているのは良い点。バーガー類やセットメニューは全体的に値段が上がっている印象だが、まだま...

staffs are always helpful, friendly and smiley! it gets busy during lunch time and there is a little wait but they are always doing their best.. keep up...
