【2025年5月再訪】約3年弱ぶりに利用したが、やはり美味しいね。少し値は張るが他社しゃぶしゃぶ専門店のようにビッフェスタイルでは無いので、衛生面も安心。タッチパネルで注文して、配膳はロボットor店員のどちらか。食べ放題・飲み放題の残り時間はタッチパネルに表示されるので分かりやすいのも良い。食べ放題のデザートは1人1品までだった。また以前気が付かなかっただけか食べ放題ではなく「○○御膳」というリーズナブルな価格帯のがありました。たしかに食が細い人には有難いですね。云わずと知れたしゃぶしゃぶチェーン店。青森市中央に位置し青森中央インターが近い。電車だと新青森駅・青森駅からは遠いので基本車での利用が大半となる。温野菜はここ以外は関東でしか利用したことがないが…ここは接客が最高に良いぞぉ!?。接客良し・味良し・肉腹一杯食べれる・野菜も取れると非常に満足できる♪。食べ放題はグレードによりピンきり(約2800～5500円)なのだが全体的にちょっと高い印象。もう少し安く上がれば月１で通うのに…残念。それと人気店なのか土日はかなり混み合うのがたまに傷。

I came to this restaurant to relieve stress from work. I liked the crunchiness of the tanshabu and had several second helpings. The potherb mustard and chives were also pleasantly crunchy. I'm very satisfied with this experience today.

2人で来店しました食べ放題での注文ですとても美味しく頂きました(*ˊ˘ˋ*)♡ 説明も丁寧でしたアニバーサリープレートは店員さんに最後言わないと気づかれなかったかもしれません…(￣ω￣;) お急ぎで作っていただきましたとても美味しかったです😊 一言食後にプレートお願いしますとお声がけするのがいいかもしれません💦 また来たいと思います( ՞*´꒳`* ՞)

One of my favorite places! The food and service are the best! The staff is always friendly and go above and beyond even the standard good service that Japan is known for. They will go out of there way to help, even with the language barrier. I wanted to pay for my entire table, but tried to keep it a surprise. I snuck off to the front to pay.... They didn't understand but after a couple of minutes of my poor Japanese and google translate they got it and helped me out.

The tablet to order also has an easy to access English setting so I know what I'm getting.

I always come back to this place whenever...

Very kind stuff. Although all are quite young, their service is very polite and attentive. Besides having English menu, they guided me through and gave some good suggestions. The food I had was delicious. Beef and Spicy soups, A LOT of meat (which was all excellent), some side dishes, and the dessert was spot on (peach parfait). A good experience and no complains. Well deserved...
