I believe the food was much more authentic than a few near Aomori station. I had assorted sashimi rice dumpling with plum and a grape cider/ soda. They were good and fresh. The place was very good. I ordered the sashimi lunch set for ¥1650. The sashimi was delicious, very tender and fresh. The set came with miso soup, tofu, cabbage pickles, and shredded daikon with raw minnows. With the side of rice it was very filling. I also ordered the fried chicken. It was very juicy and crispy. 誰でもミスは犯しますし、勘違いも起こします…でもこのお店のミスは呆れる、もしくは笑えるレベルの話に、個人的に感じます。 わたしたちはオーダーとして５品の注文をしましたが、出てきた品は２品でした。お店も混んでいたので〝オーダーが遅れているのかな？〟と思い、なかなか来ないのもガマンしておりましたが、さすがに90分程経過をしたので、「すみません、残り3品来ていないのですが？どうなっています？」とお聞きすると「いま作っていますので少々お待ちを！」と元気に言われました。待っている料理の1つはサラダです…こんなに時間がかかるサラダって…とは思いましたが、さすがに時間も時間なので、「ではそれらをキャンセルしてください」と言い、会計をしようとしました。とても不安に感じたので一応レシートの内容を確認すると…キャンセルした料理も、ちゃっかり入って請求がされておりました。料理を提供していない、というミスを犯し、店員さんも「お料理の提供が遅れてすみませんでした」と謝罪をしてくださったので、お店側のミスだとは認識されておられたので、その後は慎重になるのかな？と思ったのですが…案の定…のミスですね笑 と、言うわけで、おそらくこのお店はお客さんがオーダーをしてお店が料理を提供したかどうか？という点においては「把握ができていない店」だと、わたし個人は感じます。 他の方のクチコミでも料理の提供についての問題点を指摘されているようですので、こういうことって、わたしたちだけではなかったんだな…と、改...
