A interesting building situated by the waterfront in aomori. It looks better at night when it's lit up.
As I understand it's a conference centre with some shops and restaurants along with a tourist information site on the first floor.
Higher up there's a couple of restaurant's that must be a bit romantic at night .
There's a small charge to go to the very top at the observation deck though aomori hasn't the best view around like Tokyo.
Best thing to do is buy some local delicacies on the ground floor bring it up to the first floor to the tourist information bit where they have ample seating and tables with a view across the bay. Have a nice lunch will browsing where to go next with all the brochures you're going to grab.
Good spot to pass a couple of...

There's motorcycle parking to the right (as you look at the building), it's a reserved area in front of the pay car park, it's free too.
Coin lockers for storing your gear are on the left hand side of the building (the entrance nearest the bus park) and are very...

We'll worth checking out the viewing deck as it offers a great view of the surrounding area, and I'm told on really clear days you can even catch a glimpse of Hokkaido.
Also check out the stall on ground floor, the lady making the mini donuts, they...
